Sermon Outline:
FCF - We admire wordly knowlege and forget we have been entrusted with a fuller truth.
Big Idea - Christians have an obligation to share the truth of life with everyone without being intimidated.
Main Points -
1. We should share the full truth with those who are well educated and have a form of the truth. (18:23-26)
2. Those of us who are well versed in the Scriptures/other intellectual disciplines should provide a defense (debates/apologetics) for persecuted Christians. (18:27-28)
3. We share the truth about life that Jesus provides with everyone, and don't get hung in debates to convince others. (19:1-10)
Prop - Christians should reach out to many, and not waste too much time debating over the truth.
